This privacy policy applies to the Mikeydoro Sayacı app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by ÖMER FARUK ŞİMŞEK (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

The Application creates an anonymous user account automatically after onboarding. This account is used to store user-specific study data and enable core functionality such as study tracking and notifications.

The Application uses Firebase Authentication (anonymous sign-in) and Firebase services to manage user data securely.

Device push notification tokens are collected solely for delivering study reminders and session notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information and service-related notifications.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Name. This information is stored and used as described in this privacy policy.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to improve the Application and its services. The Service Provider may share your information only as described in this statement.

Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies:

• Google Firebase
• Firebase Authentication (Anonymous Sign-In) – used for creating and managing anonymous user accounts
• Firebase Cloud Messaging – used for push notifications and study reminders
• Firebase Firestore – used for storing user study data and progress

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law (subpoena, legal process, etc.)
• when necessary to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud
• with trusted service providers who comply with this privacy policy

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using standard device or marketplace uninstall processes.

The Service Provider will retain user data for as long as the Application is used and for a reasonable period thereafter.

Users can delete their anonymous account at any time within the Application via Settings → Delete Account.

When an account is deleted, all associated data including study records and device push notification tokens are permanently removed from Firebase systems.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from or market to children under the age of 13.

If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted. Parents may contact info@omerfaruksimsek.com for removal requests.

The Service Provider implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect user data.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Users are advised to review it periodically. Continued use of the Application implies acceptance of changes.
